  • https://managingmanagedcare.com/service/its-your-life-so-take-care It's your life, so take care - There’s a tendency to think that when we are “exercising” we are doing something good for our bodies, but when we are hanging out with friends, we are wasting our time and should be more productively engaged–-not true. Also note, depression can be associated with being at higher risk for Parkinson’s and other diseases. For instance....
  • https://managingmanagedcare.com/service/attention-deficit-sans-medicine Attention Deficit, Sans Medicine - Some would say to medicate is a remedy for kids or adults whose minds wander. I’d say it is also part of the problem. Medications cannot treat everything and worse, it does not replace making the learning material relevant or the teaching method effective. Often, it's quite the opposite in fact--'Give him medicine and then we can on with the boring subject matter.' Despite the official publication of the American Academy of Pediatrics' (AAP) recommendations the use of evidence-based standards for diagnosing and treating ADHD remains elusive. For example, .....I say a new paradigm is needed in scholastics. Let's seek caring teachers who can deal with those having difficulties in self-control (weakness in 'disinhibiting' certain disruptive or distracting behaviors), and then, and only then, in my opinion should one consider using pharmacology as a supplement or aid.
  • https://managingmanagedcare.com/service/manage-care-or-lose-marketshare Manage Care or Lose Marketshare! - Much of what I read in health care blogs these days are well-intentioned people advocating for weak structural changes that, in the long run do very little to restrain the ever rising cost of care both here and, increasingly, in other countries. Unfortunately, there's no paradigm-shift, no epiphany and no panacea here; it's more like a shell game—'take more out of your pocket and you'll think twice about that test, that procedure, that ER visit.'

  • Cheryl - ... a couple of weeks now and I am so glad I got it

I have had the Lenovo ideacentre stick for a couple of weeks now and I am so glad I got it. I have it hooked to the 06" LED TV in my bedroom and I have had no issues with it so far. It has been running great and does what it is supposed to do. It doesn't take up a lot of room and performs flawlessly so far. I am going to use it as a travel laptop when I am out of town. I will only be able if I have a TV to hook it up to, but I use my tablet when in restaurants and airports so that will not be an issue for me.

  • Mike Souza - HORRIBLE ITEM

Horrible product. I need regular Hydroxycut and always enjoyed it but this is the worst weight loss supplement I have ever taken. It did nothing to help me lose weight. It actually made me retain water and gained weight. It also made me have nausea and diarrhea. Has nothing to do with the ingredients because I'm taking supplements that have the so-called ingredients before. This item sucks. Do not purchase.

These are great! I read some reviews where people were having problems installing. My husband did the install and he said it was pretty straight forward if you follow the directions! We put them on my new crv which saved a lot of money if we bought them from dealership! Very happy
