I learned a lot and was able to take this information to compare to other sources. I was able to tie things together that others haven't yet seen. Some of the information seems to be irrelevant but it all comes together in the end.

Wish i could put a zero. I payed for it told to wait 6 hours to get it and i did. I got so many error screens over and over. called support lady said she will do it for me and kept getting same error messages. I was told wait up to 48 hours someone will call me and help me there more advanced then she was. I didn't want to get a call out of no where and not close to my computer that was crazy. I asked for my money back but that took 10-15 minutes had to answer questions first. I told the guy i get static on the phone and can't hear the question good please just refund my money i paid 7 hours ago. Took ten to fifteen minutes because they guy said i had to answer the questions. I said please just answer however you want. Then i get an email of the questions because i couldn't hear him. Terrible experience.

This cream is worth the cost on amazon. If you get accosted by anyone working at the Vivo/Premier kiosk at the mall- just turn the other way. It is extremly overpriced there. I've noticed some improvement to the dark circles under my eyes with almost-daily use. The improvement is enough that I could recommend the product, but not necessarily enough that I'll be willing to pay this much for it again. It will probably depend on how long the bottle lasts & if the results remain consistent.
