Ok, I have tried a lot of things for getting rid of cockroaches. Hopefully, someone will benefit from my experience.

I love this product on my natural hair. I use this after shampooing and or conditioning my hair, I add a little bit of this on each section before i use a wide tooth comb (to detangle my hair). A little bit of this, goes a long way because you only need a little bit. My jar lasts a long time, and I wash my hair usually once a week. It can be on natural or permed (relaxed) hair. I have used this on natural hair styles, but using it alone (will not provide a lot of moisture to your ends). This keeps my hair soft and easy to comb. This is one of my leave in conditioners. I have recommended this to others (natural or permed) because it is a great products (price wise and product wise).

My bald spot had no hair... the direction for use is twice per day (very easy) it says you will see a difference within three months...I saw the difference within my Second month now i have hair ( little stubs) so i am grateful and will continue using it.

This product works to me. I Lost around 15 pounds in 1.5 months... It taste good and you don't need add any flavor. Remember go to the gym too ;)
