    I love all the nutrients that this vitamin provides. I am not currently pregnant, but I am trying to conceive and I love that when I do get pregnant I can continue to take this supplement through my pregnancy and even when I'm breastfeeding. It is very easy to take and doesn't give me any negative side effects. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend this product to others.
