I use this Oils when its a Flu season. It really helps with some viruses, and its great if you have a cough. I just put few drops Oregano Oil with olive oil into the gel caps, and take it. And it helps to fight colds and Flu. Also you can use it in cooking. I highly recommend it!

I didn't purchase this new edition even though the one I have is older. The one I have has a spiral binding with thick pages, is easy to read, has color, and I love it. What happened to the quality? This new 2016 version isn't anything that I could use. I will not be purchasing this book. Please bring back the quality product as I need to up-date my planning tool. The review with pictures was very helpful and let me know this is not the book for me.

This is Book 3 in the "Brightside" Series and my first one by Katie Delahany and I really liked it!

I just tried this helmet for the first time yesterday on a 40 mile bike ride. I was very pleased with the light weight, comfort and styling of this helmet. The weather was around 55 degrees, but I can tell that the ventilation during hot Summer days will be great. I found the straps easy to adjust. The Roc Loc size adjustment at the back of the helmet works well, allowing for easy, fast and fine-tune sizing adjustments. This is an excellent product and I'm really happy with this purchase.

Read negative reviews about needing fasteners you needed to order separate......I fail to see anything extra being needed. Installed in a quick 5 minutes a side with NO issues whatsoever with included screws. Very impressed by quality and again everything included to do it quick and painlessly!

Referred to by many as the Bible in medical school, this book is in essence a review and reference book.
