The backpack is great for the price. It is sturdy, plenty of room for books (college student), lots of great little knick-knack pockets! The large back pocket has enough room for books, not huge, but good size. The middle pocket is large enough to pack my Acer Aspire One in its case with plenty of room, so you can probably fir a good size laptop in there without the case. I do wish it had padding in the middle pocket to just stick my laptop in there alone, but you cant beat the price. Probably just sew in padding in the future. The front pocket has room for pens, recorder, possibly a Kindle or small tablet also. Comfortable, though some people may not like the placement of the handle, but I keep my straps loose enough so it does hang that much anyways. The only other slight complaint is the straps could be slightly more ergonomically formed to relief stress on shoulders with heavy loads, but like I said, great for $30. Never figured out what the rings are for on the tips of the straps, but you can slide them out of the way by attacking it through the bottom strap, which is a cool bonus along with the cell phone holder on the shoulder strap!
Loved it!!!!! Wish she came out with a new book more often;). Missed this series as well! Definitely recommend this one
