I am not into fad diets, I'm not into counting calories or points, and anything I do has to be fairly easy. This plan works and it's easy. I read labels and look up sugar and carb values on foods I don't know, but basically generalize how much I've eaten each day. I've been on it for a month, and granted, really didn't need to lose any weight, but I'm almost 50 and the little roll around my belly was bugging me, especially in "side" view pictures, and my post holiday indulgences rendered my clothes too tight. I didn't weigh or measure because I really didn't want to know and prefer measuring my results about how I feel and how my clothes fit. After only one month, my little roll is gone, my clothes fit, I don't even crave sugar and I've lost fat in other areas too. The positive surprise, however, is that my daily headaches are completely gone, I have much more energy and the nasty side effects of not having a gall bladder have disappeared too. My biggest adjustment was the fruit, I used to eat at least five servings a day, plus several dark chocolates. Substituting vegetables for fruit has been easy, I still get my nightly glass of red wine, and I don't even want the chocolate anymore. I would recommend this diet to anyone.

I purchased this item to use for my plasti dip project of my car wheels. I will be doing this project this Memorial Day weekend and I am super excited to use the Can Gun 1. I am so impressed with the extended trigger handle design and this accessory in general that I reordered 3 more for my friends and family. I did a test spray and the feel is just comfortable and it appears one full press of the trigger produces more spray amount than if I just used my pointer finger directly on the spray can. I highly recommend!!

I havebusedbthis system for about 2yrs and my teeth are so white. Recently I broke my front tooth and I had to have a crown and veneer on the other. He had to pick the whitest color there was to match my other teeth. My dentist asked me what kind of toothpaste I used and I said SUPERSMILE! Your prices are better than anywhere else... QVC and infomercial.I'm so glad I looked it up on Amazon.

This is the first machine I got from Amazon. I checked out prices at the stores and found that Amazon was a lot cheaper. I received it in the time that was stated and set it up and was sewing within 20 mins. I have been sewing for over 30 year and sewing all kinds of things, kids clothes, clothes for myself and other adults and house hold items. This is the machine to get, am thinking of ordering another one, just for back up. If you are looking for a machine to replace the one you have or thinking of getting one to start out...this is the one.

My 12 year old preteen began having pimples at the young age of 9 years. Poor kiddo. Going into middle school, she began understanding my concerns about her having self image worries. I have tried EVERYTHING to fix my dull wood floors! I was to the point of tearing them up, I was so frustrated! I cleaned the floors with an ammonia (not recommended, but my floors were in bad shape). I scrubbed on my hands and knees for 2 days. After they were good and clean I applied 2 coats of Quick Shine. WOWOWOWOWOWWW!!1 They look amazing! To clean them now, I just run a damp dust mop over the entire floor. This is a great product for wood floors!
