    This product came highly recommended although I have no idea why. I purchased it, downloaded it and thought everything would be fine. It worked great at first, but then it wouldn't allow me to update it and kept giving me an error message (12029). Panda "forgot" to include customer support with its product. The website has no phone number to contact (should have been a red flag) and emails are never returned. I still have 6 months left of my service and it is basically useless. What a total waste of money! Buyer beware!!!!!!! Lesson learned!
