    I am an official couch potato. I got NO exercise before this. I have joint problems so just walking or jogging was not an option for me. I also don't like the outdoors, not into sports, but am getting chubby- go figure! I got this because it's no-impact, thinking that any movement is better than what I was doing.

    In my late 30's now, I was looking for something more anti-aging than my regular moisturizer. So I decided to give a retinol cream a try. This seemed the right choice to try- not too cheap, not too $$. While I don't have serious wrinkles or bad habits that would affect my skin, I did have breakouts on a regular basis. Since starting to wear Roc, my breakouts have completely ceased! I love this cream for that reason alone!     If you are 50+ years of age and take blood pressure medicine and started taking CB-1 Weight Gainer, STOP. Caused BP to GO DOWN. As an example: Before CB-1, blood pressure okay at 120/78 to 140/75 but dropped to 98/66 several times. Doc advised NO MORE CB-! as this COULD BE the cause of blood pressure dropping, not designated as the actual cause, but could be. Stopping for the time being.

    First of all, I'd like to say that I only gave this 4 stars due to the low price. I paid near $20 for this thing and it works. I wasn't quite sure about the AB Belt thing, but this is a great way to show me it works, because this thing does work. Though, due to it's maximum intensity not as great as I would like, I'll definitely be pawning this one to a friend and upping for a better belt. Worth the press if your looking for a basic entry level ab belt.

    Perfect for what i needed it for. I have five light bars in the front of my truck and this one harness took the load like a champ once we hooked it in right. there is quite a bit of extra cordage but just throw a zip tie around it and youll be set.
