  • Amazon Customer - Kinda Just...Lame

    Just not as amazing as I thought it'd be. You can't change the difficulty of the songs you play, you have to "learn" them, meaning the gane dumbs them down for you and you have to play them over and over again to actually start playing the real song. For intermediate or experienced players, you'll get bored and will eventually just rather look up the song tabs to learn it faster.

  • Sebastian - Don't ever buy software that won't give you support even if you have their latest update.

    They have definitely downgraded their software... I used to have the 2013 version, everything worked fine. I upgraded to 2016 and now my backups won't queue automatically, so I can't leave all my backups running through the night. I thought it was probably something simple to fix, so I contacted support and they responded with a massive long email, and when I finally found the time to review it, I wasn't able to fix the problem... I then contacted them back and the case was closed and guess what! My support plan was expired! That was like 1 month period of useless support! This is the 2016 version and we are still on 2015 and these as#h@les drop support just like that! And NO, I don't want their cloud storage rip off, that's why I have my own external hard drives... And NO, I don't want to waste my time registering in their forums to wait for a miracle answer.

    Love, love, love this stroller. I just wish I had known about it sooner. This is our third stroller purchase and my son is one years old. This stroller is gorgeous with an urban look to it but even better is the ease in which it moves. I can easily and quickly turn it with one hand which while I'm pushing my son and walking our dog, its very important. It is compact so it fits thru tight spaces. I cannot say enough. Great stroller!

    Yoli sucks. I ordered the products, changed my mind, sent it back without even the box and they charged 10 percent restocking fee. I mean seriously, I didn't even open the box . And I talked to some of my friends who tried Yoli, it's not even working, don't waste your money .......
