I have used Family Tree Maker 6.0 since it came out and was very happy with it but when I bought a new computer, I thought I would try the latest FTM. Wish I hadn't!!! This version is complicated to navigate and takes a LOT of time to sync with my online tree. I finally took my online tree down because I was having to manually update both. I like to print out genealogy reports to share with family members and am very disappointed in FTM 2012's reports. I can't make an outline descendant chart and the genealogy reports themselves are not nearly as professional looking as the ones I generated in the earlier version. So, I am hanging onto that earlier version and using it. I do not recommend FTM 2012 at all.

Finally hooked this up to 135 watt panel 24v and 12 volt battery's parallel this worked fine for about 2 days then shorted out? Would love to get a replacement or my money back.

As I stated in my profile; I went to cosmetology school so I am one to try all kinds of hair products. I am all for a huge teased hair. The bigger the better when it comes to hair. This product gives you that extra volume and keeps in place. It does not leave your hair feeling like it is built up with product. It is very light weight but gets the job done. It also smells great!

I now hear in 5 dimensions. A 4th spatial dimension, plus the ever-elusive-whilst-at-the-same-time-painstakingly-present dimension of Time. Pretty nifty. Of course, one must use some wisdom in wielding such power, but really, how many of us who actually have $7,000 to bandy about are anything less than obesely wise?! Due to this sort of quaternion relation in audial space, the ear is accosted by a slew of new soundscapes, not just new individual sounds, whole new sets of sounds. Consider them the "imaginary" sounds, if you will. The square root of the negative D-flat scale and such. It'll all make sense after a few listens (which of course will be oblivious to and/or in control of Time). The only sound complaint I could even dream to lodge would be that songs which feature anti-derivative functions (mostly fugues) in the bass clef have a tendency to drown out the higher, more individualistic voices which make up the treble melodies. But just a little, you can hardly even notice.

Ornament is pretty plain this year. I get one for my mom every year, so it is what it is. If you aren't collecting each year, I'd look for another year if you want one of these snowflakes. I agree with other comments that it's pretty disappointing this ornament marks the 25th anniversary. I didn't think they did a good job gluing the 6 pieces together either, but I feel like mine was a factory seconds or something. The barcode/tag was ripped off my outer box with a generic barcode label stuck below it. Kind of ticks me off because the box is important to me too. Don't buy from BlankSlateLLC unless you don't care about the box or wonder why the original label is ripped off. Mine came in a larger cardboard box with no packing material as well. Corners on Swarovski box were fuzzy because of that, but ornament wasn't broken.

I receive this product at a discount for my honest review. I absolutely love it it's adorable. When the umbrella got caught by the when an inverted so it did not break. It was perfect.

I'm a long time user and fan of Quicken. I get a new version every 3 years because of their requirement to get a new version to keep the downloads active. This version adds no significant features that I found useful. It crashes from time-to-time, not enough to make it unusable but enough to make it annoying. The revised feature to allow some accounts to be treated separately works but is very clumsily implemented. If you're converting from an earlier version, I would suggest waiting until the errors are corrected.
