Shipping was fast. Product was very well protected as it is heavy and most UPS or FedEx people probably wouldn't care if it got damaged but it came in 100% condition. The bumper itself was beautiful and the finish on it was exceptional it seems as if it would hold up for a very long time. It looks great and fits great too. It is about 3/4 of an inch off though however its so close that you can only notice it when putting the tailgate down. The other thing was because I had an aftermarket hitch I had to take off the hitch, put the bumper on, and then put the hitch back on. Overall great product.

I have owned four Hallmark Card programs but was forced to buy the new 2011 version since my older versions would not operate with Windows 7. What a mistake! I am operating at 64 bits and the 2011 Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe is the only card program I have installed on my computer. I have had nothing but problems with this program. Now a new problem has developed since downloading an update today and this was not a problem until I installed the update! My list of names in the envelope destination list does not match the name and address on the envelope. This program just keeps getting worse and the response from Creative Home or even Soft City is poor at best. I see other user posting the same problems that I have experienced and the techs still reply that "this is not a known problem". I may go back to buying greeting cards in the store.

Not sure if I received a damage product. I got another brand for my husband and keep the ice and cold water for over 24 hours, no issues. With Yeti, the ice didn't last 8 hours in 72 degrees weather, when I hold the cup in my hands it was super cold and sweaty not like my husband cheaper cup. Returned and purchased the cheaper brand.

I have at least half a dozen Essential Oil Diffusers around my house now. I really enjoy using them. they are a better alternative to plug in air fresheners, sprays, candles, wax melts, etc. With a diffuser I can chose the oil I want, based on the results I desire. For instance, during cold and flu season I may diffuse clove and eucalyptus to kill airborn germs. I get the effect I want, without harmful chemicals.

I have several pairs of Merrell shoes and boots. They are high quality and usually true to size, but this model runs about 1/2 size small. I had to exchange my usual size 11 for an 11.5.

I had my front loaders for about 5 years before I found these wonderful tablets. The first time I used them, I followed the Internet suggestion of running 3 seperate cycles (1 tablet per cycle) and using all three tablets right away; I was amazed at how well they worked. Now I use one tablet every couple of months to keep my machine fresh.

I found this product much cheaper Home depot has this for $13.00 for 36 pounds. I should have checked before I purchased online.
