This program contains the Alpha and Beta cycles and there is a Gamma cycle you can buy separately. The marketing on TV is all about getting started or getting back into exercise and losing weight. Just so you know, I'm not fat and am reasonably fit, but I moved at the end of the year and that changed my routine. I'm one of those "like to be prepared" people - always have on me a flashlight, multi-tool, sketchbooks, compact umbrella, and so on. Been using my excellent small bag (my "man sack") for a few years, with the only drawback being it's not waterproof - in heavy rain, I take a plastic bag (which I carry in the man sack) and put the bag in it to protect it.

I finally tried this yesterday, and I was quite impressed. It doesn't smell at all. I used it as a cleaner and sprayed on my rag and wiped the mold, and it cleaned away the mold nicely off my wall paper and painted surfaces. I will give an update later to let you all know if this product helped prevent regrowth of mold.

Extremely impressed. I purchased the thumper sport recently, which was great but lacked the super strength i was looking for. I saw this in the product cataloge with the sport and returned it for and upgrade. I have nerve pain and ive been trying to work on the muscle tension i have. The thumper sport was good but i could push really hard and get the motor to stall.

Does exactly what it is supposed to. Fits well with my Chicco carseat, easy to get the seat in and out, and a secure fit. One thing to note is that you can't push the seat straight down, because of the cover on the stroller. You need to put the foot end of the car seat under the stroller cover, then click it down. The adapter also comes with an added seat belt kind of clip for a little added piece of mind.
