Medical Care Development International - The international branch of MCD was created in 1977 based on the belief that MCD's successful approach to health systems development in the rural United States could be adapted to meet the needs of developing nations. Since its founding, MCDI has provided assistance to the health systems of over 40 countries in Africa, the Caribbean, Central and South America, and the Middle East. We have worked in concert with a wide spectrum of organizations, from grassroots community groups to multi-lateral donor institutions, to improve the quality and quantity of care and to make that care affordable and accessible to the neediest people on earth.

As with the Wall Calendar, I also purchased this for my husband. He likes to take it to work; if there is one that he thinks is really funny, he brings it home for both of us to enjoy. Amazon was the only place I had time to find one, and the price had gone down right before I ordered it. If you want a daily chuckle from the cartoons, get this.
I have never owned a floor steamer and having read some reviews, I decided to buy the Haan brand. This SI-70 model got less favorable reviews than the SI-60. This floor steamer does clean your floor but you must "pre-clean" them first with a Swiffer to get the dirt, dust and cat hairs off. Otherwise, you'll end up with more dirt than this steam mop can handle. This steamer worked well in removing some dried up cat throw-ups. The steam loosens the debris. The stiff microfiber cloth picks the rest of it up. The floor steamer doesn't save you any time in cleaning but it makes it a little easier to do. The microfiber cloth is great in trapping dirt and grime compared to a wet mop that ends up just moving the dirt around.
Nice product. This is a an easy to use diffuser, perfect for the beginning essential oil user or more advanced. The design is pleasing, very sleek and non-intrusive. The function are basic with mist continual or 30 seconds on/30 seconds off. The lights can be turned off or can be left to on so that different colors cycle through. If the light is set to off, there is still a small light to indicate that the unit is on. It's either green or red depending on the mist setting. It comes with a tiny "pitcher" to use to fill the interior tank. Be careful to read the instructions as the full mark on this pitcher is 120ml but the recommended amount of water to use is 100ml which is the perfect level. It's easy to clean - just wipe out the interior with a soft paper towel or cloth. If you change the type of oil you are using, clean the diffuser with a small amount of lemon juice. The will insure that the residue from one oil doesn't effect the scent of the new oil you use. The one drawback for me is that the tank does not last all night. I use it in my bedroom with a blend of lavender and bergamot oils at night. I'm not sure the exact length of time it lasts but it's always shut off when I wake up. The tank has an automatic shutoff when the water has been depleted. It is a very quiet unit which makes it ideal for use in the bedroom. I have a nebulizer that was fairly expensive but it is annoyingly loud. I received this product in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. I have no affiliation with Viva Naturals. My opinion is based solely on my use of the product and how it has worked for me.
I wouldn't necessarily say that the Maxi Learn drug cards did anything for me. It was required by my school, but there wasn't anything great about it. It gave you 4-5 sections to put drugs in the drug categories (beta blockers, NSAIDS, etc.) but there was not much room to write the information down--especially when certain drugs (MAOIs) have a ton of interactions/side effects and such to include. These were just 5 x 7 yellow cards with "Drug, Brand name, Dose, Side Effects, Interactions, Contraindications, etc" printed on them (with some of the print faded out--probably low ink). Unless it's required by your school, I wouldn't waste my money on these....
PLEASE READ: This is sold for $20.00 cheaper directly from the manufacturer's website. If you don't mind waiting a little longer for shipping, you'll save a lot of money. I'm not affiliated with this company by any means, I'm just trying to save you all some cash!
The antenna limited all but three stations after it was installed. I went and bought the factory antenna to get all stations. BOO for the stubby
