I drink this as directed about 45 mins-1 hour before Zumba. I am the kind of person who already naturally sweats A LOT during exercise, so when I got this, I wasn't expecting to sweat out toxins; I was expecting too pee a lot, that's all. But the first time I drank this and went to Zumba afterward, I found myself sweating more than I ever have. I mean, the sweat was just popping out and dripping all over me. TMI, perhaps, but this is what happens, and it's a good feeling. I drink a lot of water all day long, so I just keep this up, and I make sure to replace the water I lose with water after my workout. I would recommend if you want to rid yourself of built of toxins but I think you'd get better results if you drink it before exercise.

I wanted to know how come they dont sell the severe congestion spray in the stores any more ? They sell sinus and the regular afrin spray but i have a hard time finding this paticular spray and its the best one out of all of them . I have gone to so many stores and they never have this spray, I think they should have this spray on the market all the time like they have the other ones I cant tell you how well this spray works and so quick and quick relieve at the same time I have refered this spray to so many people and they think its great but when you run out and you cant find it in the store what good is it when you have to wait so long to recieve it in the mail.It would be nice if they had it in the store more often.

It was a good book that could have been much, much better. The story starts out strong. An alien spacecraft has been discovered adrift in the asteroid belt in the 60s. I was hoping for the physiological trauma and/or paranoia being isolated for months on end and exploring a ghost ship. While there were some hints of the aforementioned, what I really got was preadolescence sex fantasies. The preoccupation with human coupling did nothing to advance the story, didn't really add anything, and were very distracting. A little bit more effort could have been spent zipping up a few people's flight suit and getting the sciences right.
