    This is a cheap mount both in price and quality. Once you open the box you realize it manufactured to be the most cost effective tilt mount to manufacture and not the best tilt mount. I actually bought two of these and have used older Cheetah mounts that I feel were better quality.

    I drink it in the morning and evening almost every day, usually mixed into a cup of green tea. It lives up to its description...natural calm...and is wonderful before bed. It also helps with "digestion' and getting things moving if you have any trouble in that area (sorry, trying to be as delicate as possible in my description). Overall, I highly recommend!
