A little over a year ago, I went to the dentist for a check out and I was told that my gums were loose around my teeth. Apparently its a common form of gingivitis that over 50 percent of Americans have. My dentist told me that I would need a series of gum treatments that were fairly expensive (500 bucks a pop). After the first treatment, I went online and found BreathRx. After reading the reviews, I figured it couldn't hurt. I spent the next year using Breathrx and I skipped out on all but one of the treatments. Earlier this year during my check up my new dentist told me that my mouth is great. Great product! As described and a hell of a lot better looking then stock or the crappy aluminum ones sold on Amazon.

My husband and I have used a couple of different types of neti pots and then we saw a commercial on tv for the Navage and thought it looked really interesting. I found that the neti pots could be a little messy and I had trouble with the water going down the back of my throat if I didn't hold my head at just the right angle, lean forward over the sink, etc and it could be really gross. Also if my nose was plugged up with mucous sometimes it didn't work at all because the water had no where to go. I was against the navage at first because of the cost and having to buy replacement packs of the nasal solution. My husband ordered it and found a youtube video instructing how to reuse the base of a pod over and over again so that you don't have to purchase the refills fitted specifically for this system. The base of the pod can be trimmed and left in the unit, then you put a little salt (we bought a jar of neti salt on Amazon) down in the water chamber, then fill with warm water to the fill line. This seems to save a lot of money and works just as well. So, problem solved there and it actually works really well too. We both love the navage and once we got the hang of it were using it once or twice a day. It helped me with colds/runny nose, allergies, and I just felt like I could breather more clearly in general. We both love it. The suction is very strong once you get the nose pads situated in your nose and I had no trouble with the nasty water going down my throat either!

As always. Can't say I see any improvements after 2 years of usage. I've still lost hair in the last 2 years however, am afraid to stop using because am afraid it may all drop off really fast. Somebody help me grow hair....

I have been using rogaine foam for a year. It is unbelievable how much this stuff has worked for me, it took 4 months to really be able to tell. I used it once a day. I stopped using Rogaine for a month and most of my new hair (and then some) fell out . Rogaine works but don't stop using it or all your hair will fell out quickly in a couple of months.
