I've only been using this for a few days, but I think it might be working. It's kind of curbed my appetite. I followed what a previous review has done. I put a few drops under my tongue in the morning, lunch and at bedtime. The taste is strong, so be warned, but it goes away.

I thought this was another bathroom gimmick and was extremely skeptical when I first saw this, but I was desperate. I have been having constipation for quite a while and thought, why not? I got the 9 inch since I am short and our toilet is higher than standard. It does help and I like it in aiding in bowel movements and I have become dependent on the SP! Somehow, it lines up the colon for better elimination. I have been recently going for pelvic floor rehab and they also recommend the SP. I may order another.

This book is pretty poorly written and it felt like a lot more effort, time and attention was paid to the sexual tension between two of the characters(which got tedious quickly) than to the actual plot line. Don't bother

I really like this product and have lost approximately 10 lbs in 2 weeks but not a lb a day as advertised. There's the taste of alcohol to the drops but other than that no taste. I recommend this product and have ordered my 2nd bottle. I use the B 12 add on with it.
